Coronavirus is affecting businesses across the world, with employees working from home, being
furloughed and potentially losing their jobs. Not only is it affecting businesses, but it is also
affecting the way we go about our daily lives. From shopping for groceries in a supermarket to
attending (or not as the case may be) hospital appointments.
You may have lost or damaged your car keys well before the UK went into lockdown, and
thought otherwise about getting them replaced or repaired at the time. Which is completely
understandable given current events. However, if you are in the South East Wales area, you
should know that we are open for business and providing customers, safely, with new car keys.
We are taking all the steps we can to prevent the spread of the virus.

What Precautions are we taking?
As we are sure you can understand, we are working slightly differently compared to normal. Our
main priority during this time is the health and safety of ourselves and our customers, and we
understand the importance of reducing the spread of Coronavirus.
You can be sure that we will be doing everything we can to provide our customers with the
service they require whilst carrying out certain steps to ensure we are adhering to the social
distancing guidelines from the UK Government. We may also ask you questions before coming
out to you, to ensure the work can be carried out safely.
The guidelines we will be following are:
Adhering to the 2 metre social distancing rule.
We will be equipped with masks and gloves where necessary.
We will be washing our hands / using hand gel regularly.
Cleaning work areas regularly.
If anyone in your property is self-isolating due to Coronavirus symptoms, it is vital that you let us know as we may need to rearrange the appointment.
In the majority of cases, we can work alone and there will be no need to come for us to come
into close contact with our customers. We won’t be offended if the normal chatty conversations
are not happening.
To note, we will not be charging more during this time for our services.
